Actionable steps that will position Pharma organizations for growth

Following big news acquisitions, and in what they are referring to as a '#strategic productivity initiative', Bristol Myers Squibb announces cuts through various parts of their organization, by EO 2025. We saw that Bayer announced a similar contraction of management layers as part of its global restructuring plan. Here, we see that BMS will follow that model to some degree.
