FEATURE FRIDAY: This week's #ElireExpert is Director of Finance & Operations and executive team member, Tavia Lundquist! With over 20 years of Finance & Accounting experience and more than 7 years at the organization, Tavia is crucial to #TeamElire. As a leader in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, she collaborates across teams to integrate acquisitions, optimize systems, and oversee cybersecurity. Tavia is also a champion for women in business, having launched the Women in Business initiative at Elire and continuing to organize and facilitate #WIB events. Outside of work, Tavia enjoys spending time with her family, particularly in Door County, where they create unforgettable memories on the water. She also finds relaxation in pulling weeds while listening to a good book or podcast. A fun fact about Tavia? She loves Chex Mix on vanilla ice cream—it’s the perfect sweet and salty combo. During the fall, you can find her spending time with her kids playing in the leaves, especially with the leaf blower! Thank you for all you do, Tavia!
