We understand that storms can create anxiety and stress, so it's important to take some time to relax and care for your mental health now that the storm has passed. 🧠 Wellness Tips: 1. Take Deep Breaths: Practice deep breathing exercises to help calm your mind and reduce stress. 2. Stay Connected: Reach out to friends, family, or support networks for emotional support. 3. Limit News Exposure: While staying informed is important, excessive news consumption can increase anxiety. Take breaks as needed. 4. Practice Self-Care: Engage in activities that help you unwind, such as reading, or listening to music. 5.
