𝘐 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴𝘭𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘥! For the first weekday in 2024, I did not post on LinkedIn. My self-critique jumped in... "𝘐 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯! 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘐 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘮𝘺 𝘮𝘰𝘫𝘰 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯?" "𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘭𝘢𝘻𝘺?" I've always been known hard on myself, so I needed to learn self-compassion. I've just had an intense 2 weeks: ➡️ 2 x 3-day Training Programs, 1 each week ➡️ Delivered a Magnetic Storytelling session at my Speakers Association ➡️ Developed a assessment tool ➡️ Onboarded a new coaching client ➡️ Offboarded my longest-serving employee So instead of beating myself up for now posting on LinkedIn, I should instead acknowledge myself for the amazing work I've done. We become what we want to be by consistently doing the things that bring about the results we seek. I'll go one step further and say you have to consistently do the "right things." If you struggle with knowing what to do seek help from a Productivity Coach. We are very fortunate to have one on staff. A second tip is to get an accountability partner. Lastly, Apply what you have been taught from trainings you have attended. Without application the trainings are a waste of your time. #Productivity
