MEMS VOA MEMSVOA includes reflective VOA and diffractive VOA. Reflective VOA is a micro-mirror made on a silicon base. Light enters through one end of the dual-core collimator and is incident on the micro-reflector at a certain angle. When a voltage is applied, the micro-reflector is twisted under the action of static electricity, the inclination angle changes, and the incident angle of the incident light changes. After the light is reflected, The energy cannot be completely coupled into the other end of the dual-core collimator to achieve the purpose of adjusting the light intensity; when no voltage is applied, the micro-reflector is in a horizontal state, and the energy after light reflection is fully coupled into the other end of the dual-core collimator. Diffractive VOA is based on dynamic diffraction grating technology. When a voltage is applied, the positions of the movable grating bars at the same intervals move downward under the action of electrostatic force to produce a diffraction grating effect. The voltage adjustment is used to control the first-order diffracted light to achieve the purpose of adjusting the attenuation of the optical signal. How to connect the three ports of the fiber optic circulator? The fiber optic circulator is a multi-port device that sequentially transmits the incident wave entering any one of its ports to the next port in a direction determined by the static bias magnetic field. For example, if a signal is input from port 1, the signal can only be output from port 2. Similarly, a signal input from port 2 can only be output from port 3, and so on. The signal transmission direction of the fiber optic circulator is irreversible and can only guide the optical signal from one port to another in one direction at a time. For example, a three-port circulator optical signal must travel from port 1 to port 2 and then to port 3. In practical applications, fiber optic circulators are often used in laser communication systems, such as duplex laser communication at fixed points on the ground. OLP module XH-OLP-S1-1-M dual-fiber optical fiber disconnection automatic switching protection module is mainly used for real-time failover protection of optical networks. In the optical network signal link installed with the XH-OLP-S1-1-M module, when one of the technical indicators of the main fiber dual-fiber channel optical signal exceeds the threshold (such as the threshold set by the power drop, including ), the XH-OLP-S1-1-M module automatically switches the signal from the faulty channel to the standby channel to realize the real-time link protection of the optical signal channel. Users can set manual switching optical path or automatic switching optical path according to their needs. The optical protection module realizes dual-fiber switching by the cooperation of two modules, so when one module switches the backup fiber, the other module will also automatically switch to the backup fiber; In case of failure, the main fiber will be switched automatically. The module supports two kinds of communication interfaces: the large network (RJ45) and the serial port (RS-232).
