Today's been a pretty hectic one! I spent this morning with the lovely ladies of the Creative Wellbeing Circle with fellow business owners in the creative and wellbeing spaces. We enjoyed a lovely walk around the lake at Pitville park where we saw the new cygnets enjoying the water with their swan parents. We also enjoyed the calming waterfall before sitting outside the Pitville Pump rooms where we discussed the wins and challenges we were experiencing in our businesses. For me, I've been really busy with the most clients I've ever had at any one time but that in itself has been a challenge and I've had to learn to manage my time more effectively and find out how to boost my productivity. Trying to get the balance right between having enough work, earning sufficient income, spending time marketing and running my business, versus making time for myself for my own wellbeing and spending time with my family is definitely hard. I haven't figured out the perfect work/life balance yet and I'm trying to work smarter not harder as I reach full capacity in terms of my workload. I'm also working on a few ideas to help with that and take the pressure off to avoid the troughs that inevitably follow the peaks.
