Things I Don't Regret Doing Early in My Tech Career 🚀 When I started in tech, I didn't know what would matter most. Looking back, these simple actions made a big difference: • Learning to code, even if it wasn't my job • Asking questions, no matter how basic • Building a network before I needed it • Contributing to open-source projects • Keeping a learning journal • Attending local tech meetups These steps weren't always easy, but they've paid off in ways I couldn't have imagined. They opened doors and helped me grow faster than I expected. What's one thing you're glad you did early in your career? Share your experience below! 👇 #TechCareer #CareerGrowth #CodingJourney

NYC network 📢 📢 📢 This Friday, Stacks+Joules latest cohort (6) graduates. Having spent time in NYC in person and virtually supporting these grads, and knowing what they have to go through in-order to pass the program, I can put my reputation on the line by saying anyone who hires one of these individuals will get the following; -> Hungry to learn & motivated individual who wants a full-time position. -> Committed and loyal employees. -> An opportunity to change a life, and support our industry to slowly become more diverse. Data from S&J's previous placements show that these individuals stay longer in 'your' organisation than the average Technician hire. If you're in NYC, I encourage you to attend this event. You won't be disappointed. Kill it, Stacks+Joules team!! 💙 #smartbuildings #buildingautomation

I’ve come to realize that being in tech isn’t really all about the title. In the ever-evolving world of technology, it’s easy to get caught up in the pursuit of impressive job titles and accolades. However, my journey has taught me that the true essence of a career in tech lies in the passion for problem-solving, the drive for continuous learning, and the impact we make through our work. It’s about collaborating with talented teams to innovate and create solutions that make a difference. It’s about the dedication to mastering new skills and staying ahead in an industry that’s constantly changing. Most importantly, it’s about the resilience to overcome challenges and the commitment to personal and professional growth. Titles may come and go, but the value we bring to our projects, the relationships we build, and the knowledge we gain are what truly define our careers. Let’s focus on making meaningful contributions and embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. #TechCareer #ProfessionalGrowth #ContinuousLearning #Innovation #TeamWork
