About putting our arm around the farmers and saying we want you to produce wholesome food and look after the soil, and we will help you measure this. We don't want to chemically alter ingredients for the good of huge companies profits. We want to provide food that provides nutrition - why have we moved so far away from this in our supply chain. I heard someone say at the weekend - no-one makes money from fasting - well in a true circular economy we all do. Less people sick as their cells are rejuvenating. More energy so a more productive sales force. Even stats showing less snacking so less very low nutrient dense food going into our bodies. (Zoe study - intermittent fasting) Its a change in the food system we need to tackle, consumers are becoming aware - but nutrient dense foods / natural foods are more expensive - what should we be doing, who should be helping? Where is the nutritional training - why are we feeding the sick so much sugar based products......
