Very interesting report about European FoodTech Companies 2023 from DigitalFoodLab. Some takeaways:   - European FoodTech startups raised €4.3B in 2023, a 35% decrease from 2022, and 56% from 2021.  - France and the UK dominate, making up half of all deals.  - Investments are moving from delivery models to agtech, food science, and supply chain innovations.
