Ophthopedia Update:Blastic Plasmacytoid Dendritic Cell Neoplasm with ocular infiltration: A 62-year-old male patient presented to the Dermatology clinic with a 6-month history of progressive nodulo-tumoral skin lesions (Figure 1) and cytopenias. He had an elevated subconjunctival mass next to the caruncle of the left eye measuring approximately 1cm at its largest extension clinically similar to skin lesions (Figure 2). Skin biopsy was performed and showed a dense dermal infiltrate composed of blast-like cells (Figure 3) that were positive on immunohistochemistry for CD123, CD4 and CD56. #Ophthalmology #Ophthotwitter #Scicomm
