BCWG is a gender analytics study conducted by Avtar in association with US-based Seramount. The study measures gender inclusivity and inclusion among organisations in the GCC. This metric-based study highlights the exemplary work of ESAG, which goes above and beyond, to ensure women are provided with equal opportunities and backing for professional growth. Our primary focus is on creating a supportive environment for women at all stages of their careers. ESAG has implemented best practices designed to recruit, retain, and advance women, thereby enhancing gender inclusion. The rigorous BCWG qualification process included data on practices, programs, and policies to ensure workplace gender inclusion. At ESAG, we have successfully and consistently developed effective approaches, resulting in an all-encompassing culture where women are empowered to thrive, contribute to their full potential, and drive business success.
