We participated in a maintenance shutdown at a plant of Brazil's largest paper producer and exporter in the state of Paraná. Our goal was to replace 65 fabric expansion joints. Clayton Costa, Technical Mechanic at EagleBurgmann Brazil, was responsible for carrying out the service and coordinating a team of 18 people. The project became even more ambitious, when 10 additive joints had to be replaced. Over the course of three weeks, Clayton and his team rose to the challenge and completed the service in record time. While the plant was being serviced, an emergency situation arose on a Sunday. An expansion joint needed to be fabricated at the EagleBurgmann plant in Valinhos. This emergency service was made possible by organizing a diverse team to manufacture, invoice and transport the required materials to the customer. Our team was successful because of the commitment of various people from operations, planning, shipping, finance, service, and sales. We completed the project efficiently under tight deadlines. These successful emergency services illustrate how EagleBurgmann puts the customer first. We always strive to meet our customers' needs and expectations. With our attention to detail and quick response time, we give our customers the support they need to be successful. #EagleBurgmann #SealingEnthusiasts #CustomerCentricity #Innovation #ExpansionJoints #RelyOnExcellence #Freudenberg #InnovatingTogether
