Sweet Reminder Let’s strive to be supportive and considerate coworkers. Approach your work with passion and kindness, regardless of your rank or position. We’re all in this together. Don’t be the reason someone feels unmotivated, burned out, anxious, or isolated. Please avoid actions that might diminish someone else’s self-confidence. Let’s work together to create a safe and healthy environment for everyone who is committed to growing in their careers. Remember, we’re all fighting silent battles, and the world is already chaotic enough. Let’s make kindness a priority at work.

I decided, to test the LinkedIn water first, before jumping in at the deep end 🏊. In short ... I have a plan, With the lovely, Faizan, To give a flavour, Of, who, I am: Think of scones, Clotted cream, And strawberry jam 🍓. Delicious, yes! Moreish, too ... Sorry! It’s baffling. Someone’s out there doing their best—whether they’re delivering food, teaching kids, cleaning spaces, or managing a company—and instead of respect, they get judged? Every job has value. Every person working hard deserves dignity. It’s not the title or paycheck that defines someone’s worth—it’s their grit, their heart, and their determination to show up every day. Job shaming doesn’t just hurt the person; it reveals something about us as a society. Can we do better? Can we respect people for trying, for hustling, for simply making a living? To anyone out there working hard, no matter the job—hold your head high. You’re doing what you need to do, and that’s something to be proud of. Let’s choose empathy over judgment. Always. #RespectTheHustle #WorkWithDignity #BeKind #Respect #DignityOfWork #Empathy #WorkMatters

One week you are unstoppable crushing to do’s & feeling on fire & the next life slaps you in the face with a virus bringing you to your knees asking for help. Today I am in tears, not because of a throbbing headache or painful sore throat, but because I am forced to slow down and not work. I have to sit in silence, not do, just be. As an Enneagram 2, I need help helping myself & taking care of me. Find a job & team that you don’t want to take a sick day from, but also find a team that scolds you for working, that asks how they can help, that prays for you to get better. It’s not because I don’t trust them. It’s because I am so passionate about helping & serving my team, serving my clients, simply serving others. I also shed tears of gratitude - gratitude for my clients understanding, gratitude for everyone willing to help me, gratitude for my hubby, & gratitude for my mom & sister bringing me tea 🤍 Dear God, I got sh*t to do, so 1 day of rest is enough & I’d appreciate it if I can be 100% tomorrow. I promise I’ll slow down & help myself more. Amen. 🙏🏼 (For every hour I rest, I get to send one email 😉) 🤫 Don’t tell my team

I was quite tired today after doing a few tasks, then this one colleague called me to fix an issue. After the task was completed, this person asked me how my day was. I replied casually saying 'It's like every other day'. Now hearing that sentence coming from someone like me this person shared a past experience. Fast forward from that story (not to reveal any details 😄) I learned the below points: 1. Try to improve yourself in every step. 2. If you dont like something still learn it, this knowledge might help you tomorrow. 3. Feeling tired? it's actually good as you get to learn from that 'tired' feeling and you may be capable of helping others. 4. You've had experience in a senior role. But guess what, you haven't been able to know what role your team members play. 5. You may get to understand the end to end process of the job. 6. Get an idea of everything in life, you may be able to help someone else with that experience. This inspired me a lot. Please feel free to comment if these points have inspired you as well.

ABCs of My Career and Life Journey Number 1 : Always Be Courteous As I reflect on my own path, I've come to realize that courtesy is a superpower. In a world where kindness can be scarce, I want to make a conscious effort to Always Be Courteous. It's not just about being polite; it's about treating others with respect, empathy, and understanding - even when it's challenging. My grandmother used to say, "礼多人不怪" (be courteous to everyone, and you won't go wrong). Her wisdom has stuck with me, and I believe it's essential in both my personal and professional life. When I choose to be courteous, I am able to : - Build stronger relationships - Foster a positive work culture - Show empathy and understanding - Create a ripple effect of kindness Let's spread courtesy far and wide! Let's lift each other up, support one another, and make a positive impact in our communities. Remember, courtesy is contagious - let's make it a habit! #courtesy #kindnessmatters #positivity #workculture #relationshipbuilding #abc

YOU CAN'T ALWAYS DO IT ALL AND THAT'S OK.💯 📍I'm one of those people who tries to keep a positive attitude and see the good in every situation. 📌But isn't it always easy? 📍Talking to a dear friend, I realized that I can't always do it all and it's okay to recognize it, it's an act of self-compassion and realism. 📍Recognizing our limitations and knowing when to ask for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. 📍Friend ♡It's okay to take a break. ♡It's okay to seek support. ♡It's okay not to be perfect. 📍What matters is that we keep going, learn from our experiences and support each other on this journey. 📍Resilience isn't about being invulnerable, but about having the courage to keep trying, even when things get tough. 📍Let's appreciate our strengths and be kind to ourselves in times of difficulty. P.S. HOW ARE YOU FEELING TODAY DEAR FRIEND?❤️ #YOUARENOTLONE #TAKEABREAST. #EVERYTHINGWILLBEWELL #YOUCAN.
