I've been speaking to a lot of graduates over the past few months, and one question I hear a lot is, "Now what do I do next?" 🤔 Let's be honest, a role in recruitment isn't usually at the top of most people's lists. Some are curious, but most people either aren't fully sure what it entails or might even have a few misconceptions about it.
