🎉 We're very excited for our own Executive Creative Director, Giancarlo Rodas, to be representing Droga5 as a juror at this year's MAD STARS Awards!
For Rodas, who’s been a long-time fan of the MAD Stars, this is a full-circle moment, and we couldn’t be prouder. We can’t wait to see which campaigns come out on top next week! 🏆✨
🌟 Canto SKO left an indelible mark on my career journey, standing out as THE best #SKO experience. It wasn't just about enduring a typical PowerPoint parade and being talked at; it was an immersive blend of reward, inspiration, and genuine camaraderie. No checkboxes here—just real, impactful team building in one luxurious and stunning location.
The schedule struck the perfect balance, allowing us ample time for both learning and leisure. The cuisine whispered, "You're worth it," echoing the sentiment of appreciation from our leaders throughout our time in Austin, Texas. We departed feeling more than just colleagues; we were a tight knit family with a shared purpose.
This photo, with our stunning daily view, captures the magic of unity and achievement. It exemplifies how investing in company culture and morale yields tremendous results. This is what effective team building looks like—more than just a checkbox, it's about delivering tangible outcomes and fostering genuine connection. What a phenomenal time indeed! #Canto SKO #TeamBuilding#CompanyCulture#bestcompanytoworkfor#leadershiplessons

Canto SKO 24’ was a HUGE success!
Thank you Christine Moore and Ryan Gallo for setting this up for us and even getting our CEO Wain Kellum to come out and enjoy with us! We had a blast, the team needed this. Great year ahead and really excited for all the work we will accomplish 💪🏾
Additional shouts to Dan Noble, Avi Kasperzyk and Chris Olive for keeping things moving along! Couldn’t have gone as smooth without all of you 🙏🏾
After the Ourspace chapter closed, it took me a while to find what I was looking for next. Shutting down my startup was the most introspective I've ever been about my career.
I thought a lot about what I wanted to opt into, and more importantly what I wanted to opt out of.
Circuit is the outlier I was looking for - bootstrapped, profitable, intentionally small, and exciting yet sustainable growth. Equally as important, I was looking for a place that's as intentional about *how* they work as *what* they work on. And when I say intentional, I mean it: We don't use Slack, OKRs, or scrum. And there are very, very few meetings. All of this is by careful design. And takes immense courage to not simply mirror "normal" ways of working just because everyone else is doing it. It's this kind of nonconformity that got me especially excited about working with Jack Underwood and the team at Circuit.
Onward!
Still reeling over this one - stars aligned when our global Stanley 1913 teams partnered with three-time GRAMMY® award-winning singer/songwriter Olivia Rodrigo to bring a celestial Quencher to the Stanley community + to Olivia fans! We were thrilled to partner with a cultural icon and authentic brand fan. And we're just getting started...
Today, I'm reflecting on one of Grant Cardone's 32 rules for success: "Love challenges." It's a concept that has a profound impact on me, particularly now as I navigate my journey with Fílos in a purely commission-based role. Embracing this challenge was a conscious decision to test my limits and expand my horizons.
I've always believed in painting myself into a corner - not to limit myself, but to push beyond perceived boundaries. This role at Fílos is the epitome of that belief, presenting the tightest corner I've ever willingly placed myself in. With each step, I encounter new challenges, which, in my view, is a clear indicator of growth and progress.
Moving towards fear is how I ensure I am constantly evolving. Each new problem to solve or obstacle to overcome is a testament to the journey I am on - a mission filled with continuous learning and relentless pursuit of excellence.
Thanks for checking this out. Get out there, do great things, inspire folks, and be kind.

This week Jonathan Groff’s Tony award acceptance speech moved me in many ways, particularly on the career front. I assumed (incorrectly) that Groff already had a Tony award to his name given his past roles, performances, and accolades. And I did not realize that we were the same age. That struck me most as I look for inspiration from others who achieve success and/or influence outside of the “wonderkid” success trope. These stories are important for those of us with career paths that include set backs, missteps, and disappointment. We need to share more of these stories for well-rounded representation of career trajectories and timelines. Groff helped me to remember valuable lessons learned through my journey:
· Grind. Commit to putting in good work each day no matter how far out the goal may seem.
· Grit. Hustle, passion, and perseverance are necessary to reach long-term goals.
· Support. Surround yourself with people who are there in the good times and the bad times.
· Acknowledgement and Appreciation. Let those people know how much they mean to you and how their presence in your life influenced you along the way.
· Authenticity. Follow your passions while being your true self. Especially when it is hard.
· Longevity. Keep setting new goals; never stop trying to improve and give back.

I'm very keen to watch how this goes and into what directions. This has the potential to be very big on two dimensions. One for Panini America as a Company given the ever changing hands of sports licensing, but two, in terms of where they could take this towards a vision of unlocking multiple spokes from the Community of Rolling Stones. I'd love to see Panini America leverage the other "spokes" into the Community by creating benefits of owning certain cards as requirement steps towards signed memorabilia or even access to future Rolling Stones' concerts. Imagine creating a series of quests to own various pieces of this partnership (Cards, memorabilia, ticket stub attendance at a show) towards an eventual meet and greet with the band as the true 1/1 chase?
Pop culture, which music is massive is an under served collectible space outside photos, music equipment, clothing in other categories like cards.

Through my journey so far, I was fortunate enough to work closely with colleagues on the same goals and personal growth.
The disbalance between employee benefits was something I have struggled to bring to everyone in the team in the companies I've worked with.
That is why I want to bring this to as many companies, with the goal of unified employee benefits across companies.
