Gosh UNRWA, why haven't you asked Egypt to allow innocent Gazan civilians to temporarily cross the Egyptian border? If there were no innocent Gazan civilians in Rafah, there could be no innocent Gazan civilian casualties. International Humanitarian Law requires countries to allow innocent civilians to flee a combat area across the nearest non-combatant border. So why haven't you asked Egypt to allow innocent Gazan civilians to temporarily cross the Egyptian border? We know that the terrorists and oligarchs are allowed to cross the Egyptian border whenever they want, either through the tunnels, or with bribes. Why are the vulnerable required to stay in Gaza?

Not every blip is a bombshell." In the grand scheme of things, both CCS and TDS could use a little bit of perspective, a dash of humor, and a lot less stress. A proposal to save lives during protests, riots, and other public order incidents: To any member of the Military "shoot" means "shoot", not stun. This is a failure of communication stemming from a lack of unified communication doctrine between Military and the law enforcement around them who issued the command to "hit it." The word for engaging a suspect with a LESS-LETHAL weapon must not be "shoot" for the reason clearly illustrated - it can get people shot with regular bullets. I propose that the order to fire any less-lethal projectile should universally be "STUN" and not "shoot"(or "hit it") in both Military and Law Enforcement circles to eliminate confusion.
