I am quite happy with my small discovery of a quaint little artisanal pastry shop next our hotel. The space is modern and elegant, attention to detail shines through in every detail . From the welcome to the packaging, up to the showcase which displays an endless expanse of refined multicolored pralines, cakes, ganache, tarts, chocolates and favourite local delicacies to tempt your tastebuds Omg! There is so much to see, taste and learn but Im in no rush. Just enjoying myself while Iearning on the job.

Truffles have an intense flavour, and with their high costs, they are used with care and sparingly for culinary dishes. Truffles are commonly sliced, grated or shaved into dishes, sauces and soups just prior to eating. They are often pair with poultry, fish, veal, pasta, rice and egg dishes such as omelets. Thin slices of Truffles may be stuffed into meats, foie gras, pates or stuffings. Creamy sauces in particular benefit from the rich earthy flavor of Truffles.
