Long-term investment in the stock market utilizing seasonality involves leveraging historical patterns in stock performance related to specific times of the year. Investors analyze seasonal trends, such as strong performance in certain months or quarters, to make informed decisions. For instance, many stocks experience gains during the end-of-year holiday season. By investing during off-peak periods and capitalizing on predictable upswings, investors can potentially enhance their returns. However, it's essential to combine seasonal strategies with other fundamental and technical analyses to manage risks and optimize long-term gains. https://lnkd.in/dw_jnFUc

A good read about what caused the market noise yesterday and what we should expect in the near term. This week’s stock-market roller coaster appears to be driven by a reversal in speculative trades, rather than the popping of a bubble or an omen of economic disaster. But that doesn’t mean we are in the clear. For most investors, weathering the initial flash crash will be relatively easy, especially with Asian and European markets already appearing to return to normal on Tuesday. Keeping a cool head if a second wave hits might be harder.
