The City of LA is required to adopt and effectuate their Housing Element Rezoning Program by February of 2025. Part of this effort includes the Citywide Housing Incentive Program (CHIP) Ordinance. The updated draft of the CHIP Ordinance was released today and the first of several City hearings is scheduled for July 25th.
