As usual air India team want to become Ratan Tata to be rich person, by doing worst and nasty thing. Today’s journey from my short leave is first ever worst experience airindia express makes. Baggage loss normally will happen only to a one or two person on journey, but history done by airindia express. Around 50 person baggage intentionally left from the departure airport, and asking passage to register for baggage lost inquiry. This is one of the worst handle of a flight service provider. Also received a irresponsible reply from the destination help desk. While giving feedback to the email you guys can find the below attached screenshot. Even they don’t accept the comments from the customer. Worst ever attitude. It’s purely clear of big business shot people intention mentality. They are thinking of what a common people will do against this unprofessional and ethical practice of such a service provider. #airindiaexpress, #ratantata

Lately, I've traveled with Air India Limited for several journeys, and the experience has been the best compared to other airlines. Here are some upsides, based on my experience: 1) Relatively low flight delays. 2) Complimentary infotainment, food, blanket etc. 3) Allows more luggage (unlike Indigo, it doesn't ask you, while boarding, to leave your cabin bag for check-in). 4) Improved seating & legroom. 5) Caring cabin crew. 6) Flies from good terminals (Most Air India flights use T2 terminal at Mumbai & T3 at Delhi - comparatively better terminals). 7) Competitive fares (even with all the complimentary services). The only downside I feel is the limited special category discount for armed forces, students, etc. Earlier, my go-to airline had mostly been Indigo, given its web of flights across destinations. However, now the overall service and experience have gone for a toss in recent times. I have also tried SpiceJet & Akasa, but the experience has been mediocre for the most part. With the new range of aircraft coming in and the commitment to unparalleled service, Air India is all set to take on the Indian aviation industry for the times to come with a bigger, better pie in the overall market share. It's disheartening to admit that almost everyone who has ever traveled with Air India can relate to experiencing some of the worst service – from flight cancellations and unjustifiable delays to encountering unfair behavior from crew or ground staff. In an industry where airlines compete fiercely to deliver exceptional flying experiences to their passengers, Air India often falls short, leaving passengers feeling neglected and frustrated. Instead of making passengers feel pride by representing the nation with their badges, many crew members are becoming the reason for the great brand being embarrassed in the market due to subpar service delivery. It's interesting to recognize that even with changes in management, the underlying culture can persist. Lufthansa has been flying from India since 1934 and has enabled connections to Europe and America via its hubs in Germany, Fraport AG and Munich Airport During Jan-Jun 2023, there were 357,822 passengers who flew directly to Germany from India as per data from DGCA India. The air corridor is yet to recover by 14.3% vs its previous half yearly high of 417,625 during Jan-Jun 2019. Indian registered airlines, Air India Limited and Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. flew 79,978 i.e., 22.4% of all passengers to Germany from India during Jan-Jun 2023. The previous half yearly high was 61,264 during Jan-Jun 2019, growing by 30.5%. Airlines registered in Germany, Lufthansa, flew 277,844 i.e., 77.6% of all passengers from India to Germany. Air India Limited has entered an interline partnership with Alaska Airlines. The partnership, while strengthening Air India’s international network, will allow Air India guests to avail seamless connections from New York JFK, Newark-New Jersey, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, and Vancouver gateways to and from 32 destinations in the USA, Mexico, and Canada on Alaska Airline’s network. The scope of the agreement includes bilateral interlining, which allows both airlines to sell tickets on each other’s network. In addition, the two airlines have also entered a Special Prorate Agreement, which allows Air India to file ‘through fares’ on routes covering Alaska Airlines’ network. Passengers will also be able to enjoy Air India’s free baggage allowance on Alaska Airlines routes. Nipun Aggarwal, chief commercial & transformation officer, Air India, said: “The tie-up with Alaska Air will expand our international footprint in the US and Canada and even extend our reach to Mexico, boosting our network expansion plans. Here's a suggestion, #Emirates, #AhmedAlMaktoum and the #gcc #RegionalAirlines, you purchase enough Airlines in ginormous quantities and cost/prices to make it boom or doom quarters for these airlines manufacturers. Here it's: "Form your own #faa to usher in a #SafetyStandards until there's #visibility &/or the #faa is ready to realize the awesome #obligations #responsibilities the #globalflying #public Demands-Expects -Requires!?!?!¿ You clearly have the #funds, can retain experts, owe it to the flying people(yours & those transiting)!!!

Air India Express Fails to Honor Commitments on Flight IX784DD" Our recent experience with Air India Express on flight IX784DD from Guwahati to Delhi has left us feeling utterly dismayed and disrespected. Despite booking our journey with the expectation of arriving in Delhi, we were abruptly diverted to Varanasi, resulting in a complete disregard for our time, money, and travel plans. As paying customers, we entrust airlines like Air India Express to uphold their commitments and provide a reliable and punctual service. However, the sudden diversion of our flight demonstrates a severe lack of consideration for passengers' schedules and responsibilities. The value of our time and money cannot be understated. We invest both in our travel plans with the expectation of reaching our destination as promised. The irresponsible handling of flight IX784DD not only wasted our time but also caused undue stress and inconvenience. We call on Air India Express to acknowledge the gravity of this situation and take immediate action to rectify the harm caused to affected passengers. This includes providing appropriate compensation and implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. As consumers, we deserve transparency, accountability, and respect from the airlines we choose to patronize. It's time for Air India Express to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of its customers above all else. Anything less is simply unacceptable.
