Introducing the Strassmayr RWK 600/500 crack-sealing machine - designed for easy preparation and dosing of special sealants for cracks, joints, gaps and expansion joints or road edges. The device is mounted on a trailer and equipped with everything necessary for connection to the towing vehicle. The main walls of the holding boiler are heated with thermal oil, which keeps the sealing material at temperatures up to 200 ̊C. A simple rail profile with roller bodies allows the most diverse articles up to 20 kilograms in weight to be conveyed from A to B. Two types of carriers are available. Type M for items up to 3kg. Type L can carry up to 10kg. And when that weight exceeds 10 kilogrammes, trolley systems are used. Approximately 25 tonnes of blasting material are thrown onto the chassis by 22 turbines. The ejection speed of the steel grains is approx. 300 km/h. The chassis is then cleaned of blasting agent residues in the desanding unit by means of rotating and tilting movements.
