We have recently partnered with Publicis Groupe's Talent, Engagement & Inclusion practice to further drive shared accountability and support leadership training with a new Inclusive Leaders workshop. Inclusive leaders are crucial in the workplace as they foster a culture of belonging and respect, ensuring every team member feels valued and heard. “I’ve found the inclusivity training with our TEI team to be incredibly valuable and eye-opening. It confirmed with me the things I believed I was doing well as an inclusive leader, but also highlighted areas where I could be better – and most importantly I learned the strategies and techniques on how to get better,” shared SVP, Group Creative Director, Gary Wentz. Thank you to these DH leaders for your contributions, insights, and openness. We look forward to continuing the conversation with our leaders and learning how we can all become more inclusive!

Frontline leaders and middle managers miss out on inclusive leadership training and understanding - and then they object - it's no wonder. WE need to take the time to educate and empower action from the people leaders who look after most of our employees. A big missing link in DEI strategies is the engagement of middle managers! I am a global diversity & inclusion disruptor because I know that we waste a lot of time and money on DEI and that frustrates me because I know there is a better way. I’m passionate about helping organisations to embed real change. My why? Inclusive workplaces where difference belongs. ▶️Follow me for practical advice on diversity & inclusion approaches that challenge the traditional approach. #inclusiveleadership #inclusiveculture #inclusionanddiversity

#TransformationTuesday | Bridging the Leadership Training Gap A DDI report brings to light a significant disparity: women leaders receive less skills training and feedback compared to men. Specifically, men are 13% more likely to undergo leadership skills training and 19% more likely to receive formal performance assessments. To address this imbalance, organizations must undertake a thorough audit of their leadership development processes with an eye toward gender equity. It's crucial to implement transparent evaluation metrics and ensure women leaders have equal opportunities for leadership training, formal assessments, and 360-degree feedback. Creating an equitable environment for leadership development not only supports women leaders but strengthens the entire organization. Let's commit to making these changes for a more inclusive and effective leadership landscape. #WIA
