If your law firm is facing a similar challenge, there are issues you need to address: 1. Your marketing is operating in a silo ↳ You're pushing all your chips on one thing and expect it to work. You might be heavily investing in social media Ads, but neglecting other channels like Local Service Ads, Local SEO, or Map Pack Ads. To fix this, you need to take a more holistic approach to your marketing efforts. Diversify your channels, ensure they're all working together, and track your results across the board. 2. You have intake issues. ↳ Lead generation is a numbers game. If your intake process is inefficient or ineffective, you're going to lose a lot of those potential clients. Implement a robust CRM system to track and nurture leads effectively. Lead generation is a numbers game. You need as many leads as possible. Have a system in place to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. 3. You're making bad offers ↳ This may or may not be your fault because you probably hired an agency to do this. The offers you're making to your leads need to be compelling enough to take action Analyze your current offers and see how they stack up against your competitors. If not, you're going to struggle to get people to take action. 4. You're not training the algorithm. ↳ You need to set up a full 360 reporting. This means tracking not just the leads that come in, but also what happens to those leads after you get them. By training the algorithm, you can provide it with the data it needs to optimize your campaigns and deliver better results over time. 5. You don't have the right mindset ↳ Be willing to go after every lead because there are no bad leads. I know you don't want to hear it but it's the truth. SEO is a numbers game, not a quality game. The biggest players in your space understand that, and they go for the numbers they can get.
