Our first #Proteograph cohort of 264 plasma patients is Run & Done! 7 days of #Proteograph workstation Seer (new XT kit, 40SPD) 5 days of instrument time using EvosepOne coupled TimsTOF HT 2 days of DIA-NN analysis >3300 proteins on average per sample with a 60SPD MS throughput! Big kudos to the hero of the analysis, Ines Metatla, who got it all done in August! Now, we look forward analysing these first data and decide if we need to go even deeper for meaningful biological insights. #NeckerProteomics #PlasmaProteomics
