I spent two days in Las Vegas with Alex Hormozi last week. I'm going to make a video on what I learned, but here's a couple of key things I picked up... 1. Key Risk Factors Key man risk, key product risk, key service risk, key partner risk... Actually having an understanding of how many risk factors are present in your organisation (there's way more than I thought, tbh). 2. Push vs Pivot Too many people choose to pivot when it's time to push. Something "isn't working" and they choose to add a new product, bring in a new service, move into another sector. In reality, they should be pushing with their existing service. In Alex's words "MORE PLUS BETTER". 3. "If you have blind spots, you will get blindsided." This makes sense without explanation.
