Happy World Whale day to one of the most important carbon capture heroes in our world. "The carbon capture potential of whales is truly startling. Whales accumulate carbon in their bodies during their long lives. When they die, they sink to the bottom of the ocean; each great whale sequesters 33 tons of CO2 on average, taking that carbon out of the atmosphere for centuries. A tree, meanwhile, absorbs only up to 48 pounds of CO2 a year. Scribenote has now passed 100,000 medical records made! I thought it would be fun to do some quick math around that. - Veterinarians save at least 5-10 minutes per record using Scribenote.  - That’s 500K-1M minutes saved. - That’s 1-2 whole years of veterinarian time saved so far. When we launched our first version of Scribenote in 2021, it took a whole two months before 100 notes were made. Said differently, almost nobody was using Scribenote. Despite this, I remember celebrating the monumental victory with Alina Pavel because we had built something that at least a few people really cared about. Two years later, Scribenote now automatically produces thousands of notes for veterinarians every single day. Within the next year, we’ll certainly add at least a million more records - maybe a few million - to this count (check us out if you want to add a few records to that count 😎). Can we do this? #LS If we do like this gentleman, it is possible to make many deprived people happy. Many of us are selfish. We are fond of making money. But after earning money if we spend some amount and provide the poor with food, clothes, and shelter they will be happy. It gives us satisfaction. As we know, corporate companies adopt 'Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).' Similarly, if everyone adopts 'Human Social Responsibility (HSR)', any nation can easily alleviate poverty. Governments cannot solely make every initiative a success. Citizens also have the responsibility. Long live humanity.
