Hiring Managers, HRs, considering youth specifically coming through in to your hiring processes (so school / college / university leavers). How are you finding your young candidates that are neurodiverse? Do you recognise them as such, do they share their ASD (if diagnosed or self diagnosed) with you through the process? Do you have support and experts available to refer to in general around this area, to consult, (legal and practical) to ensure you are being as inclusive, diverse and accommodating, as is appropriate, in order to hire the best person for the job? I would love to speak with Recruitment companies, Recruiters, Neurodivergent communities, Education institute leaders or senior SEN people, as well as employment law solicitors to gain a clearer picture on the current activity to address and support as well as the perceived or actual challenges in recruiting school leavers. If you would be interested in being a contributor or happy to complete a future survey on this matter, I would be very grateful to hear from you directly. #Neurodiveristy #Neurodivergence #Autism #ADHD #Dyspraxia #Dyslexia #YouthEmployment #Youngminds #AJEDI #EmbraceAbility
