Making impact for our clients and leading together as ONE Global EY team ...That's my main take away after one week in Mumbai together with fantastic team members from around the world. During the week we had: 👉 Great content deep dives 👉 Optimized our intergated planning for the next year 👉 Aligned on roles and expectations, "who picks up what" 👉 Discussed (in a fun way) cultural differences 👉 Had fun during team events and dinners At the end of the week we all knew each other better. I also felt an even higher level of trust, which enables us to have good discussions where it is ok to disagree as well. But also to commit and accept accountability. Ultimately celebrating the results that we achieve as a team. A tremendous THANK YOU to the entire team, both the members that joined us during the week, as all other team members working together for the last months already as ONE Global EY team.
