What is the purpose of creating lengthy accounts on big companies hr portal with multiple steps when you only need a resume to know the basic details of the person. When someone got selected they still have lengthy process of multiple documents check and submission. Please don't waste job seeker time and have minimum option to submit the application. It's a torture and total waste of time.
