Delta Air Lines is changing its boarding process beginning May 1 in an effort to speed up loading passengers onto planes. If you're flying on the airline, you'll have to know what zone number you're in to board in the correct sequence. That's because Delta is introducing numbered boarding zones for all flights, meaning that customers will have a zone number assigned to them instead of boarding groups labelled by airline status or fare class, such as "Sky Priority." The airline stressed that boarding orders will not change, but the group names will. Instead of the classic wing badge kids and weary parents flying for business alike can connect with the pilot for the collector cards. How did it make me FEEL about the brand, when I was handed these for my boys? My unsolicited brand perception hot takes based on the program: ▪️prioritize experience ▪️desire for customers to feel connected ▪️willing to go beyond ▪️dialed into the market (families/kids/parents: rare trading cards > pins) ▪️nostalgia/home/welcoming Sure, Delta’s not perfect and I’ve had my share of travel snags on the airline. 2moHello all, This is Leavis from FEAIR in China, good morning. We have an extremely urgent air shipment#006-45145634 that has been pending at DTW waiting for custom clearance since May! Our client has been contacting DTW connections trying to find out what exactly the reason is and been told that it has to be waiting for further lead, which is pointless that our customer is getting much more furious and devastating for an explanation! Nevertheless, we had tried to contact Delta origin says that it's none of their business to make further coordination with DTW to speed up the process, this is absolutely NOT right! Because it's Delta airline arranges the whole itinerary, anything irregular happened between should be held fully responsible and reliable before arrival at AOD, let alone to say actually we don't have any connections or resources in DTW nor CBP like you do! Now please please your help is URGENTLY needed to coordinate with DTW or CBP by return what the actual reason of being detained and what we can assist to make it faster to release the cargo for further transit to destination as well as to calm our customer down. I had tried sending mails to you guys but no one responded so far, so please urgently help resolve it!
