There’s nothing quite like a father’s love. Just ask Delta First Officer Amanda Vogt’s dad, Jeff. He carved “Fly Delta Jets” into the family’s 900-acre rice farm in Sacramento, California as an homage to his daughter, easily visible to anyone flying over.

Worst service ever ‼️‼️I had my flight from Delhi to RDU on 9th of july, and i recheckin my luggage at JFK, and at RDU, i didn’t get my luggage and the inspector promise me to deliver my luggage within 24 hours, now its been 10 days, i neither receive my luggage nor any response from the claim team even though i have filed a claim.
I have my airtag on my bag, it was at JFK till 17th and now it is at atlanta international terminal, even tough i have sent the airlines team the exact location of my luggage, they can’t put enough efforts to take my luggage from that location and deliver it to me.
Never ever travel with Delta. ‼️
Hoping to see a chicken up in the clouds? Perhaps it's best to temper those expectations.
While chickens might not be the sky's rulers, their attempts at flight are a delightful spectacle of nature as they've mastered the art of the flap-and-hop.
Armed with wings and an air of confidence, you'd expect them to lift off - after all, they've got all the necessary equipment. Yet, flying for chickens seems more about ambition than airtime.
Tracing back to their roots, chickens descend from the wild jungle fowl of Southeast Asia, nocturnal tree-sleepers suggesting some airborne ability. Fast forward through centuries of human intervention (hello, domestication!) and we've got chickens who are more about the peck and less about the flight.
In the world of poultry production, the tale takes a further twist. Bred for rapid growth and confined spaces, these chickens find the concept of flight even more far-fetched.
So, will our brave friends grace the clouds with their presence? Unlikely.
While these feathery loaves of bread with legs may not conquer the skies, they should be celebrated for what they are: masters of the earth, not the air.
Ruminants, such as bison and cattle, have been around for millions of years and are not the problem. Instead, the real issue lies with private jets and their fuel consumption of aviation fuel. Ruminants(suborder Ruminantia), which include mammals like pronghorns, giraffes, okapis, deer, chevrotains, cattle, antelopes, sheep, and goats, are characterized by a four-chambered stomach and two-toed feet.

Consumption of Jets
The fuel consumption of a private jet varies widely depending on the type of jet, flight conditions, and distance traveled. However, here is a general breakdown:
1. **Light Jets** (e.g., Cessna Citation CJ3):
- **Fuel consumption:** ~160-200 gallons per hour
-605.666-757.082 liters per Hour
- **Passenger capacity:** Typically 6-8 passengers
2. **Midsize Jets** (e.g., Hawker 800XP):
- **Fuel consumption:** ~200-300 gallons per hour
-757.082-1135.62 Liters per Hour
- **Passenger capacity:** Typically 8-10 passengers
3. **Heavy Jets** (e.g., Gulfstream G550):
- **Fuel consumption:** ~400-500 gallons per hour
-1514.16-1892.71 liters per hour
- **Passenger capacity:** Typically 14-19 passengers
4. **Ultra-Long-Range Jets** (e.g., Bombardier Global 7500):
- **Fuel consumption:** ~500-600 gallons per hour
-1892.71- 2271.25 liters per hour
- **Passenger capacity:** Typically 14-19 passengers
For a typical flight, let's use an example with a midsize jet:
- **Flight duration:** 5 hours
- **Fuel consumption rate:** 250 gallons per hour ( 946.353 liters per Hour )
Total fuel consumption for the flight = 5 hours * 250 gallons per hour =1,250 gallons. (4731.765 liters )
This is a rough estimate and can vary based on factors like flight speed, altitude, weight, and weather conditions.
To convert the fuel consumption from gallons to liters, we use the conversion factor:
1 gallon = 3.78541 liters.
Approximately 22,000 private jets are in operation worldwide, with the majority based in the United States. On an average day, about 11,500 private jet flights occur globally. This contributes significantly to fuel consumption and emissions compared to other forms of transportation

This time of year, we say goodbye to a lot of horses leaving South Florida for their Summer destinations. Here are some quick tips to make it a smooth ride for both of you!
1. Choose the Right Transport: For short distances, your trailer might do. For longer journeys, consider a professional horse transporter for added safety.
2. Prep the New Home: Ensure your new property has safe, well-maintained paddocks and fencing. Is there someone already at the new location who can prepare your horses' stalls and water?
3. Minimize Dietary Changes: Keep your horse on the same forage and hard feed initially to reduce stress. Gradual changes are key to a healthy adjustment. Be prepared if your horse doesn't like the new water.
4. Observe Your Horse: Monitor for any changes in behavior or physical health. Early detection of stress or illness is crucial.
5. Paperwork: What paperwork does your horse need to travel with? Is your horse's Coggins certificate up to date?
6. Trip's duration: How long is the journey? A lot of equestrians like to break up the trip if they can.
Remember, a little planning goes a long way in ensuring a happy, stress-free move for your equine buddy!

This is an off beat, serious post, folks.
There are better, wider toll highways in India now.
And there are more choices of cars to buy, in different shapes sizes.
The combination of the above two can be risky!
A see a number of people taking their cars out on the highways, getting carried away with the nice road, and a new car, with little experience of handling speeds and low hazard perception, expose themselves to super high risks…
One of the many things to avoid such accidents is to know the maximum speed, tyre pressure and load the tyres can take.
Please read your tyre!
There’s a way to understand the tyre codes clearly marked there, including maximum speed. Check out a video in comments on how to do that.
There can be a number of reasons for accidents, and honestly not sure of reason for this one. Thank God, this gentleman is safe!
But thought I must share this for general public interest.
