At MD Pizza Factory, the only marketplace we DON'T mark up our menu prices is ezCater. That's because we feel that ezCater actually provides a tremendous amount of value to their customer accounts, as opposed to Doordash or Uber who are generally just holding delivery hostage. Agreed about the future of first-party ordering and I'm excited to watch the shift! The tide is slowly turning in favor of restaurant owners, and that's a good thing!
