Dear Hiring Managers, After applying to more than 100 positions and receiving nothing but automatic rejection responses without my applications even being viewed, it's clear something is wrong. Candidates put in a lot of time and effort, and it's frustrating to feel like our applications are dismissed without consideration. The hiring process should be more transparent and respectful of the effort we put in. Change it.
