This year, the DealerBuilt leadership team made a commitment to do more “building in public” – sharing more of how we’re evolving the business and answering the call for our customers. We’re starting that series with a look into our new integrated payments product, which went live this month.   Payments is an interesting product area – while the concept of accepting and processing payments seems straightforward, product leaders have all kinds of choices when it comes to embedding payments and shaping this part of their product so it reinforces the broader vision for what they’re building.    Here’s how we thought about what payments should look like inside the DealerBuilt suite of products – and how we made it happen.
