Leadership Development Program Enters its Third Year Dade County Federal Credit Union recently hosted a Question-and-Answer session for its Leadership Development Program. The program is kicking off its 3rd year and is actively recruiting new aspiring leaders to join its next cohort. This Open House style event was a tremendous success and incorporated former cohort panelists and program administrators providing invaluable insights into the structure, objectives, and benefits of the esteemed program. They discussed the key skills and competencies we are seeking in potential candidates to thrive in leadership roles. Lastly, attendees had the invaluable opportunity to network with current leaders and LDP alumni, gaining valuable perspectives and connections.
