Celebrating Success: Integrity Coaching Graduates Shine Bright! We're thrilled to announce the graduation of two groups of exceptional managers from our Integrity Coaching program! Over nine weeks, they immersed themselves in coaching techniques under the guidance of Elisa Matthews, Integrity Solutions Facilitator Client Performance Strategies. Through interactive workshops and weekly follow-up sessions, they honed their coaching skills and learned to understand and coach their team members based asking value-based questions and understanding their team members personality types.
