Comfort Zones - we all have one. They feel safe because, for us, they are either predictable or we feel more in control. But their predictability is usually the piece that ends up holding us back because growth, evolution, and strength are what happens when you push yourself, when you take the leap, and when in spite of your fears, you still say "yes."
