While much of the guidance on combatting foreign interference is targeted to the public sector, private sector responsibilities are also emerging. Most of us know that Trump and the Republicans recently rejected a bipartisan solution to address the immigration crisis at the southern border. They say legislation isn't necessary because Trump achieved a totally safe and secure border without a bill, through executive action. They say Biden could do the same. I have just completed a deep dive into the executive actions of the Trump and Biden Administrations. Can the border crisis be solved without a bill?
