How true is this? We watched 'Brawn: The Impossible Formula One Story'* a while ago. Ross Brawn said (more or less) this about their first race in Australia as the Brawn GP team and I thought how true it is. How many of the things we label 'Lucky', or perhaps 'Unlucky' are actually down to the hard work we've already put in? Or not? Whether that be preparing for a presentation, or building the foundations for the ingredients of a high performing team: psychological safety, a culture of feedback, a strong coaching approach across the team, a clear vision, a team who understands each other and works really well together. Join the movement! I cannot express how incredible our team is, which makes it really exciting every time we start to grow more. And while we're constantly being provided feedback and ideas, I can't tell you one time that a team member has ever complained... about anything. And that's certainly not saying anything about The Grit Game as a company- we're far from perfect and still less than 2 years old after all. But it does say an awful lot about our team.
