In the UK you have insurers running outsourced HR agencies - we use one. It’s a very clever idea. Effectively, do what we say and tell you and we will ensure you’re insured. Funnily enough I made enquires about atarting such an insurance/msp/cyber group many years ago for this very reason - I was obviously ahead of my time!
