Special Live Session with Level Up by Amoeba 🌟 I want to share insight into 'How to Prepare Your Career Path through Relevant Internship & Organizational Experiences' 🤩 First, we have to self-improvement. Self improvement can be achieved if we have clear goals and join an organization or internship. How important is it to join an organization or internship? Obviously very important! Because, we get knowledge about soft skills and hard skills apart from formal education, the plus point is that we can get work relationships! Sooo? How can we commit to an organization or internship? ☝️🏻 We have to know ourselves, what interests do we have? So that we are comfortable with the commitment that will be built. ✌️🏻We have to start committing to ourselves. 🤟🏻We must have the courage to take responsibility for the commitments we make. What impact and value do you get from joining an organization or internship? We can manage time better, improve teamwork and respect the team, etc. The second, when is the right time to join an organization or internship? Of course it can be followed at any time, but we have to manage our time well. It was suggested by Kak Devani and Kak Heru, we can join an organization at the beginning of the semester and continue with an internship in the middle to the end of the semester, so that in the final semester we can focus on preparing our final assignment. It's best if we already have organizational experience so that we have the basic soft skills or hard skills needed when we do an internship. Lastly, how do we determine where to intern? We have to align our interests, and we have to consider the work environment. We must determine a place that can transmit positive energy and help us build our personal branding. For example in Level Up by Amoeba ❤️🔥 Thank you, hope it's useful!

Landed a summer internship? Here’s how to STAND OUT! While you might think you only have a short amount of time to stand out in your internship this summer, it’s definitely doable and something to strive for. Keep these things in mind as you learn to integrate yourself into a new business, team, and industry. 1️⃣ Attitude is everything! Bring a positive mindset and energy to work every day, even in the hard stuff, find a way to bring energy and enthusiasm. 2️⃣ Take initiative and don't wait to be asked. Jump in, tackle tasks, and show your willingness to contribute. If you think you might be overstepping, ask if you can do the task or project. 3️⃣ Stay curious! Ask questions to deepen your understanding and demonstrate your engagement in the work. The power of inquiry is a great way to learn and show you are truly invested in learning. 4️⃣ Be coachable. Embrace feedback, both positive and constructive, and use it as an opportunity for growth. 5️⃣ Show respect to everyone you work with. Use proper names, not nicknames, unless given permission to. Remember this isn't your girlfriends or buddies that you're hanging out with. Behave professionally at all times. Remember, your internship is a valuable opportunity to learn and grow. Have fun, and be a difference-maker! #Hajocainternship #internship #careeradvice

Khali Dimag Shaitan Ka Ghar... Just a few months ago, I found myself crying over things that, looking back, weren’t even worth it. My mind was full of negative thoughts, and with nothing productive to do, I would overthink every little thing. This led to more stress and tears. But then, I started an internship. On Saturday, it ended after 90 days of learning and growth. Now, I can honestly say I’m in a much better place. This internship kept me busy and gave me a sense of purpose. It taught me that when you’re focused on something meaningful, there’s no room for unnecessary worries. Khali dimag shaitan ka ghar is so true—when your mind is idle, it starts creating problems out of nothing. The last three months showed me the power of staying engaged. I learned that things do get better with time, patience, and a little effort in the right direction. So, if you’re feeling lost or overwhelmed, try to find something that keeps you occupied. Engage yourself in learning, work, or even a new hobby. It might just be the shift you need. Stay busy, stay positive, and trust the process! 😊 👉 What has helped you stay focused and positive during tough times? Share your experiences in the comments! #InternshipExperience #PersonalGrowth #StayEngaged #MentalHealthMatters

Hello connections! As I embarked on my internship journey, I was filled with a blend of excitement and nervousness. The company I joined was renowned for its innovative projects and collaborative culture, making it an ideal environment for learning. From day one, I was warmly welcomed into the team and given responsibilities that challenged and stretched my capabilities. One of the most striking aspects of my internship was the exposure to diverse projects. I had the chance to work on real assignments, applying theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios. This hands-on experience was instrumental in honing my skills and boosting my confidence. Whether it was conducting market research, drafting reports, or assisting in client presentations, every task contributed to my growth. Beyond technical skills, my internship significantly enhanced my soft skills. I learned the art of effective communication-whether interacting with team members, presenting findings, or seeking guidance from mentors. Collaboration became second nature as I navigated through cross-functional teams, understanding the importance of teamwork in achieving common goals. One of the most rewarding moments came towards the end of my internship. Reflecting on my journey, I realized how much I had grown-both personally and professionally. I was no longer just a student observing from the sidelines but a proactive contributor making tangible impacts. #designthinkers #snsdesignthinking #snsinstitution #snsct

Are you also confused? Ki Krna chahiye tha ya nahi?🙃 Hello connections! I hope you all are doing well. My audience generally asks this question through DMs. Ki internship mil rahi hai par paid nahi hai.... That's why I have refused or rejected? Let's Make an analysis of both these situations... 🤩Let's assume that you have received a paid internship. But what happens when you gain 0 learning? Or is there a toxic environment? You are working continuously...No proper timing is there? Money is not everything while you are seeking your first Internship. You have to mainly focus on ✅ Learning percentage ✅ A good environment ✅ A good certification ✅ A good acknowledgement Is it not enough to uhh? Many of the times it can happen that you have a good Internship but they are not paying you... It happens! Don't worry....🤌🏻 But at least when you are going or seeking towards your first Internship Money is not everything 🚫 If I am wrong please correct me. Maybe you have a different perspective... 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐨 𝐤𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐧𝐡𝐢 𝐦𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐢! Sorry for the harsh clickbait... My mentee used to believe that she wasn't getting responses to her cold emails because companies don't usually hire first-year students as interns. She used to say: bhaiya merko lagta h yeh first year walo ko consider hi nhi karte... I always told her, "Just keep sending emails. There's no strict rule about who can apply." And she finally bagged an internship with her dream firm 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚. You know why? →Continuous voice note discussions to avoid mistakes →Regular follow-ups →Impressive execution She stood out because, even though she sent about 70 emails, what really made a difference was her consistent follow-ups. And she proved ki "First Year walo ko bhi Internship mil sakti h". If you're thinking about waiting until your second year to start looking for internships, reconsider. Start now—don't delay! Summer Internships are waiting for you. Ps: Don't know how to approach? DM and lets discuss.
