There are so many small things to sort out that take away from your loved ones time to grieve. The kindest thing to do is to take time to consider these things and pick a hand full of people you trust to execute these plans for you. Give them one last chance to show their love for you.

It's been such an honor to be a speaker at CREW East Bay chapter in my community and recently at the CREW Network National Convention in Atlanta! The community, knowledge, and connections that Wendy Mann, Jennifer Bullock, and team have put together is truly remarkable. Frankie Muhaw, the recipient of a 90-minute strategy session that I donated to CREW East Bay, asked how to best prepare for her session. Here are the questions I gave to her, and I thought they may help you as you envision your most impactful year yet! 1.What's most important to you currently? 2.What's your biggest challenge/frustration? 3.How do you ideally envision 2024 to turning out? 4.Why is this important to you and who does it impact besides yourself?

Organisations like ours (Aspire NI) rely on the kindness & generosity of individuals and businesses to help fund and continue our work. But opportunities like this, where community funding is available, helps inject some much needed funds to grow the work we do. As it stands, we work in 29 schools across Northern Ireland, with over 350 young people each week. Our next goal is to work with over 1000 young people every week. To do this, we need to hire more in-school session facilitators. To do that, we need more cash available. Funds like this help us move closer to that goal. If you like reading stats checkout the below from our most recent PAK'nSAVE 2 week campaign for the local Social Supermarket. - $10,975 paid forward - 2,989 acts of generosity - 439 people impacted 85% of consumers chose a pre selected amount. - 47% donated 1% of their basket size - $2,382 - 22% donated 2% of their basket size - $2,178 - 16% donated 5% of their basket size - $2,986 Although this is super impressive it was encouraging to see that - 15% of consumers chose to select their own amount which came to $3,413 (31% of the overall generosity). These stats are very consistent with other campaign results which continues to remind me of 2 things. 1. Generosity has to be made easy. 2. Giving consumers choice is super important and aligned to generosity.

I would like to ask the parents of teen children or anyone who knows: How do you deal with all the inexact information on Google? Background information. My child and I were listening the news about poison mushrooms. I said that the word "poison" doesn't really mean anything scientifically, because by science anything in wrong quantity can be poison and deadly. My child opened Google and read somewhere "A poison is any chemical substance that is harmful or lethal to living organisms. The term is used in a wide range of scientific fields and industries, where it is often specifically defined". This is wrong, the word is used by average people to define the toxicity of a element in small amounts. I'm a book reader, this google thingy is not accurate and misleading. Any suggestions?
