No one is an above a freak-out. We get caught up in things, we are too close to a situation, we are wrapped up in our businesses/careers/lives….and little things can seem like the end of the world. What we often need in those situations is a person– or a group of people– who can help us calm the *bleep* down. The people who can get us to step back, take a breath, and talk through the situation to find the solution, or at least the first steps. If you need that person, or want to BE that person, let’s talk! #SuccessLAB#FocalPoint#GetToThePoint#Roundtable#Phase2
Who else loves the satisfaction of scoring items off your list?
As we get to the end of the first week of 2024, I'm going through my many pages of scribbles from the week, scoring off all of the tasks that I've completed. I've always loved a list and my end of the week list checking process lets me check on my own personal progress. It feels like my own lifehack 😎
#lists#tasks#jobdone#lifeofanentrepreneur#lifehack
Writing down each task and checking it off when I'm done has been my life hack for getting things done.
Since I started the practice in 2023, it has worked amazingly well, giving me a sense of accomplishment.
Which hack has worked for you?

Celebrate the Small Wins 🎉🐞
In the relentless world of tech, it’s easy to focus solely on the big milestones, but it’s the small victories that truly keep us moving forward. Today, I finally squashed a stubborn bug that’s been hiding in my code for days, and it felt like winning a mini-battle. 🛠️
These small wins may seem insignificant in the grand scheme of things, but they’re the building blocks of our bigger successes. They remind us that progress isn’t always about giant leaps—it’s about steady, consistent steps that add up over time. Let’s take a moment to acknowledge these achievements and celebrate the journey they represent.
How do you celebrate your small wins? 👇
#SmallWins#BugSquasher#DeveloperLife#ProgressMatters
There are some questions I know I will have to answer eventually.
Questions like:
🗣️ "Hey Stef, why does Snitcher keep winning?" 🗣️
🗣️ "Wow, aren't you getting sick and tired of winning?" 🗣️
🗣️ "Can you please leave some winning for the rest of us" 🗣️
Do you know the answer to these real, honest and legitimate questions? 🤔
Users simply love Snitcher! They love us so much that we just secured ANOTHER round of G2 badges (50 so far this year). 🎉
Over 2024 we've won the entire visitor identification category, across every global region AND for small-business and mid-market specifically, including:
⤷ Best Results
⤷ Best Usability
⤷ Best Relationship
⤷ Most Implementable
To celebrate I've combined two of my favourite things; sh*tposting on LinkedIn and Pokemon.
Learning needs to be fun, so today I did a #koth competition for our students breaking them into two teams: Team Nerd Power and Team Geek Rage.
The goal? 1. Get the most points in 2 60 minute competitions using #tryhackme's King of the Hill random boxes. 2. Learn how to work well as a team through effective communication and a smart division of labor.
The result? Everybody flat-lined on the first box scoring 0 points.😮 However, on the second run, Team Nerd Power humbled their competitors with 250 points completely outpacing their competition. 😁💪
TNP won not just because they got the most points, but because they wisely communicated and shared their success through the competition.
Extra value? At the end of each session, the teams discussed their strategies as well as how they might improve in the next attack.
This week's accolades go to Dwight Williams, Shirquanne Simon, Joel Blenman, and Malique Lovence of Team Nerd Power.🎯 Brag on TNP!
That said, I suspect that they'll be changing their team names next week since my naming genius wasn't appreciated by them...🤣
