🚘 Cuvva Catch-Ups: Unveiling the Magic Behind the Scenes! 🚘 Yesterday, I had the pleasure of spending time with one of our amazing colleagues Charlotte Metcalf, right here at our vibrant Cuvva hub, nestled in the historic Old Sessions House 💼💡 Witnessing her brilliance in action every day never fails to inspire me. So, I seized the moment to dive deep into her world while lounging poolside on our office rooftop 😎 Check out some of the questions I asked Charlotte below 👇 - 🚀 How would you best describe your role? Charlotte: “If I could sum up my role in Workplace Experience, I’d say my ultimate mission is to build and maintain a workplace environment where every Cuvvarati has fun, feels connected and can perform at their best. My priority has always been about creating a great place to work. I think it involves 3 key elements: looking after our physical space; creating brilliant experiences and policies for our people; and ensuring everyone has the tech they need to do their job. On a day to day, the role varies hugely depending on what projects we have on at the time - that could be an office move, a company event, resolving facilities issues, onboarding new hires or vendors etc”. - 🌟 What’s the coolest experience you’ve planned or been part of at Cuvva? Charlotte: “Picture this: a sun-kissed getaway to Dubrovnik, Croatia for 3 days and 2 nights! 🏝️ Thanks to Freddy’s (Our Cuvva Founder & CEO) green light following in-depth research, cost analysis and company-wide communications; we curated an unforgettable end-of-year off-site filled with team bonding, private island escapades, and inclusive experiences tailored to every Cuvva soul. We have a firm stance on inclusion at Cuvva, so we made sure we could book flights for people factoring in their needs, were sure to register dietary requirements ahead of time and took measures for those that deal with seasickness (We had a dreamy boat trip)...I can’t share what we’ve got planned for the rest of this year just yet, but you’ll love it so stay tuned” - 🎁 What’s the most unexpected perk or benefit for you at Cuvva? Charlotte: “Our open salary model! 💰 It still baffles me that most companies don’t reveal salaries when they advertise roles. With transparency, we proudly unveil salary ranges for all roles, paving the way for fairness and equity” - 🤩 In three words, how would you describe Cuvva’s culture? Charlotte “Transparent, Progressive & Adaptable” - 🏋️ If you could swap jobs with anyone at Cuvva for a day, who would it be?
