DoorDash has the worst customer service in the WORLD of customer service, customer support service is key. If your customer service team is horrible there goes your company! They speak directly to your members/patients imagine speaking to a customer about your company services as being terrible and knowing nothing about the company domain or the product absolutely nothing. I don’t talk about companies & their pros and cons but the interactions I’ve had with this company Lord if they had a physical place I would be there this morning. It should not take two to three weeks to resolve a matter especially if it’s a technical matter on the company end. Hello, I cannot see your internal dashboard I can only view the customer dashboard. If I could see the internal dashboard I’d fix the issue or reach out to the bridge and have them fix the issue. Completely unacceptable customer service lack the support & care. Might delete it later…. I’ll see

Leaving a tip for couriers before delivery? 🤔 I recently noticed Bolt Food ‘s tipping feature – they ask for tips right after the order is made, not after delivery. It got me thinking... Aren't tips a sign of appreciation for great service? 🤷♂️ From a user experience perspective, asking for tips upfront just doesn't make sense to me. 🤔 The essence of a tip is to reward excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. By asking for tips before the service is even delivered, it disrupts the natural flow of appreciation and feedback. Customers haven't had the chance to evaluate the delivery experience, the timeliness, or the condition of their order. Personally, I'd prefer to leave a tip after receiving good service.
