Had to share this photo—what an event, and it's just getting started! As someone who has never been to a conference before, this has been an eye-opener. Day 1 was a whirlwind. I had two choices: 1.) Dive in without a plan, just to take it all in. 2.) Plan meetings ahead and hit the ground running. Regrettably, I chose the former. Let me be clear, expecting an ROI from this conference was never my goal. However, considering the total cost of attendance—hotel, car, flight, etc.—I feel I absolutely need to come with a game plan going forward. Because from now on, an ROI has to be realized. And I'm not just talking about money. Contacts, new products, new relationships—all matter just as much, if not more than the cash itself. This conference is really getting my creative juices flowing. I’ve said it here before and I'll say it again: I want to bring something to Nashville that no one has ever seen before.
