Agricultural food stocks and farming practices have remained relatively traditional throughout the centuries. With the advent of renewable energies bio waste, chemical extraction etc. Diversification of single crops is growing to see that traditional waste is now useable bi-product giving additional uses to many crops. In my world of renewable energies and through UNFCCC, UNSDGS, World bank and Angel investors increasing opportunities for profitable investment opportunities are an every day event. Projects for land and agriculture to $400,000,000-$2billion are not uncommon. Whilst the environmental causes are good, profit is also within them and 46% IRR is not uncommon either. Careful selection of food crops can serve multiple industries.

𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝘂𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗖𝗔𝗥 🌟 Panel Discussion at CCA Trustless Technologies Association e.V.'s Token Summit Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 Last week I participated in the panel "Navigating National Nuances Under MiCA: Exploring Local Advantages and Challenges Beyond the EU Framework" at the Token Summit in Liechtenstein. Recent rumors have circulated about certain EU countries potentially blocking CASPs authorized in other member states, despite proper notification. This is clearly against the spirit of creating a single European market and the European Commission seems determined to step up against any such behaviour. While MiCAR is a directly applicable regulation, it's evident that there's still significant leeway for national interpretation. This can lead to variations in implementation across EU member states. Preceding its plenary meeting, the IOSCO European Regional Committee (ERC) organized a Workshop on New SupTech: Exchange of Experiences, hosted by the FSMA Belgium in Brussels. Seven ERC Members presented on real-world cases in which they successfully embrace new technologies in supervisory activities to more than 80 participants from securities regulators. Presentations outlined the use of Supervisory Technology in social media monitoring, market surveillance, artificial intelligence and ways to address greenwashing through technology. Jean-Paul Servais, ERC and IOSCO Board Chair and FSMA Belgium Chairman said: “SupTech is a priority for regulators in Europe and around the world. The development and application of new technologies to capital markets supervision and surveillance is a key opportunity to keep pace with the digital transformation of finance, in which finfluencers, social media, and artificial intelligence are being increasingly utilised.
