Crunchyroll team members and fans alike had a "blast" at San Diego #ComicCon! 🔥 LiSA, the global J-pop sensation, performed in the US for the first time in nearly a decade. For fans who arrived before the music began, we hosted activations including a One Piece Gum-Gum Punch Challenge, Brook’s Player Piano, a Nami photo opportunity, and the Crunchyroll Game Vault crane. 📸 See more from the event: https://lnkd.in/ghm73JpV

2moIt's funny how a #company spends so much money on #events and new #offices in foreign countries but can't even maintain their software. For over a year customers have been experiencing having their watch history replaced and crunchyroll support does nothing. Recently, the company has also turned off #comments on their videos, which was a long running community engagement and value, with no formal announcements or explanation to their decision. Crunchyroll also removed their #Manga app not because their #subscribers weren't using it but because it wasn't profitable. The Manga app was replaced with pay to play games app that they call, 'free games app,' which isn't actually free. I lost 12 years of watch history yesterday in what has been an on going issue with their #application for over a year and plaguing many #customers. #Crunchyroll for #money not for #consumers. Crunchyroll needs to focus on their software not their expansion. At this point, hopefully another company will enter the scene. It is amazing they have a linkedin when they have completely ostracized their community in their actual application. #anime
