At Via.Delivery Corp. were defying what Omni Talk Retail is thinking is a 10 year ramp up. How?? First off, we make these lockers available on retailers checkouts. Next, we make the integration easy for the carriers and finally, we communicate to the customers when that package is made available for pickup. Best of all, we do all of this NOW!! Recent results.. staggering.. approx 15 lockers in N. Atlanta situated at grocery stores and a few significant malls. Adoption overall.. almost 35% of our total BOPA deliveries (in that test market of course)!! Keep in mind, the test was limited with one major retail brand having 5 different divisions that already adopt at over 10% of their overall deliveries to Alternative Delivery Points.... 10 years.. far sooner...!!! #Lockers #BOPA #FEDEXHAL #UPSAccessPoints
