💸 = High salary ⚖️ = work life balance These matter the most for me personally. The rest can be compromisrd to some extent. High salary for obvious reasons, and work life balance for mental and physical stability. Flexible schedule is not a necessity if you earn good and are still able to maintain balance, and as for coworkers, a few supporting ones are enough and the rest can be compromised upon.

Flexible schedule/WFH To me this is essential for job satisfaction, and is closely related to work-life balance. We all have complex personal lives and covid times have revealed that we have complex schedule needs, and our work is just one of these that need to be flexible and adaptable to life. Amazing coworkers Having come from a recent role where my colleagues became friends, I see immense personal value in the influence of your "work family" and how the positive (and negative) work relationships affect you personally. I know I'm at a workplace that I care about when my home family knows the names of my closest work friends and follows my stories so closely. Empathetic, caring colleagues can't be bought with high salaries, you either find them, or you don't.
Having the combination of 💸+🏡 does suggest that you're a freelancer. It's a great way to have flexibility and work from the comfort of your own home.
High salary always matters especially when cost of living is through the roof 🤷🏽
Flexible schedule will of course lead to work life balance, then who cares about coworkers when working from home most of the time !
